To help prevent spam and abuse, we also store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of the internet address your request came from. We do not store the address itself.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your repair request — to contact you, discuss the issue, and arrange scheduling. Submitting a request does not sign you up for marketing messages.

Where it is stored

Repair requests are stored in a secured database run by our website hosting provider. Access to this information is restricted to the business; it is not publicly viewable.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We do not share it except with service providers that host and run this website, or when required by law.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools.
